The secret?
You control the key to access.
Your photo is encrypted on your phone. To view it, the app asks the server for access to the protected decryption key.
They discover.
Your partner clicks the photo. If access is allowed, their phone decrypts it for display. A second click closes it: the stored file remains encrypted.
PERMISSION AT VIEWING TIMEYou have the final say.
You withdraw the photo. The server stops providing access to its key. The encrypted file alone is not enough to reopen it in the app.
ACCESS REVOKED AFTER SENDINGThe server relays a key that is itself protected for authorised devices. It never receives your photos or messages in plain text.

Can I withdraw a photo that has already been seen?
Yes. Once the server has processed the revocation, the app can no longer obtain the key needed for a new viewing. Having seen the photo before does not give your partner permanent access.
What if my partner is offline?
A connection to the server is required to open a photo. Without it, the app cannot request access to the key. Your own withdrawal request also needs to reach the server to take effect.
Can your servers see my photos?
Photos and messages are encrypted on your phone before sending. The photo key is itself protected for authorised devices: the server relays this envelope without receiving the content in plain text.
Can someone still take a screenshot?
On protected screens in the Android app, screenshots are blocked by the system’s screen protection. This cannot prevent a photo taken with another device or guarantee protection on a compromised phone. Amoris Secret combines multiple safeguards; always share thoughtfully.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Choose a nickname, then link your partner using an invitation. Access to the app is protected by your device’s screen lock.
Is the app free?
A free plan lets you discover the app with sending limits. Premium removes photo, message and conversation quotas. Both plans include encryption and photo withdrawal. Prices will be available in the app through Google Play.
When and on which devices will it be available?
Amoris Secret is designed for Android. Its public Google Play launch is coming soon. No iOS release date is announced here.
